The normal completion time is 1 week, but it is also possible to work on a fast track schedule.

Where are the alteration and repair work carried out?

All modifications and repairs are carried out at our Helsinki store.

What is the delivery time for alterations and repairs?

The delivery time for alterations and repairs is approximately 1 week. Urgent work 1 – 3 business days.

What should I consider before I arrive?

Please bring your own shoes for trouser hem adjustments, as well as a dress shirt to determine the correct sleeve length for a jacket.

Please also make sure that your pockets are empty before leaving the products with us.

How many appointments are made for modification and repair work?

Modifications and repairs are always completed as agreed with the customer.

There may be situations where changes and repairs require an agreement, and we always complete the work.

Do I need to book an appointment for the modification and repair service?

Yes, we recommend making an appointment so that we can avoid overlapping services for two clients.

How is the price of alterations and repairs determined?

Prices for alterations and repairs are starting prices and are based on how much time and materials the work required.
